    Online Training on
"Inclusive Education and Digital Technology"
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes digital technology as a
transformative force to achieve inclusive and equitable education. By leveraging ICT,
assistive technologies, open educational resources, and multilingual digital content, the policy
ensures access for diverse learners, including children with disabilities, those from rural and
marginalized backgrounds, and first-generation learners. Furthermore, NEP 2020 emphasizes
the creation of robust digital infrastructure in schools, continuous teacher training in
techno-pedagogical approaches, and the integration of blended and online learning models to
ensure resilience in times of disruption, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through
adaptive learning systems, AI-enabled personalization, and interactive platforms, digital
technology becomes an equalizer that democratizes access to knowledge, nurtures holistic
development, and supports lifelong learning. Thus, the policy highlights the pivotal role of
technology in creating an education system where no learner is left behind and every child
has the opportunity to thrive in a future-ready, knowledge-driven society.
